This is the practical thing on a north east call girl booking and nobody writes it down. Lalrin and Temsu are fluent in English and only managing in Hindi. Yumnam is the other way round. Juicy has both. If Hindi is your only language, ask for Yumnam or Juicy and the room will be easier.
